Online Ordering

1. Why am I required to pre-order 3 days in advance?

At Yummy Rice, most of our meat/ seafood is chilled, not frozen, from source to maintain freshness. We do not bulk order frozen food and store it in the freezer. We also need time for the meat/ seafood to absorb the marinade thoroughly so that the customer will get delicious tasting food!

2. I cannot order 10 boxes but still require delivery. Is it possible to do so?

Yes, the folks at Yummy Rice can deliver but we will need to charge a fee depending on your location. Please call us on either 87432213/ 97364375 or email us at enquires@yummy-rice.com to enquire about the delivery charges. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our shop located at the Arcade at no cost!

3. I cannot choose food items which were available last week. Why is this so?

At Yummy Rice, we believe in keeping this exciting for the customer. We make menu changes to freshen things up so that the customer will not see the same items every week. We do keep our favourites under the “Signature Meals” option so that the customers can keep coming back for more!

4. Order than individually packed boxed meals, do you provide catering services?

At Yummy Rice, we are focused on doing what we do best so that the customer can get the greatest experience. We specialize in packed boxed meals currently and want to keep going at this for the time being. Nonetheless, the folks at Yummy Rice are happy to hear from the customer. 5. I want to pay only upon delivery, is this possible?

Yummy Rice requires payment upon ordering, in addition, our logistics team are not authorized to hold cash from customers. This benefits everyone as we move towards a cashless society!

6. Is there any cancellation refund?

100% refund if food order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery time.

2. You have a shopfront at the Arcade. However, I do not wish to queue and would like to pick up my takeaway at the shop. Is there a number that I can call to do this?

Yes, you can call or WhatsApp us at 87432213/ 97364375 between 9.30am to 10.30am on the same day to inform us of what you would like, and our friendly service staff can guide you through the menu. No order is too small!
